HEALTH BLUEPRINT™
A Clear, Structured Approach to Chiropractic
At Adjusting to Health, every decision begins with understanding.
The Health Blueprint™ Process is our structured, evidence-based framework designed to assess spinal and nervous system function, explain findings clearly, and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
We don’t begin care based on symptoms alone.
We begin with assessment, clarity, and clinical reasoning.
That’s why we say:
We Don’t Guess. We Test
Why the Health Blueprint™ Exists
Many people arrive frustrated after months or years of trial-and-error care.
What we commonly see is:
- Symptoms treated without identifying contributing factors
- Generic approaches applied to complex cases
- Care continuing without reassessment or explanation
The Health Blueprint™ Process was developed to prevent exactly that.
Its purpose is to ensure:
- You understand what’s happening in your body
- Decisions are based on findings, not assumptions
- Care is only recommended when appropriate
The Health Blueprint™ Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Comprehensive Initial Assessment
Your first visit is focused on listening and understanding.
This includes:
- A detailed health history
- A thorough spinal and neurological examination
- Postural and movement assessment where appropriate
- Referral for medical imaging if clinically indicated
This stage determines whether Chiropractic care is suitable and safe for you.
Read more about your first visit below.
Step 2: Report of Findings
If appropriate, your findings are explained in clear, straightforward language.
This includes:
- What we’ve identified
- How it may be contributing to your symptoms
- Whether Chiropractic care is recommended
- What other options may be appropriate
No care proceeds without this discussion.
Read more about our report of findings here.
Step 3: Individualised Recommendations of Care
If Chiropractic care is recommended, it is tailored to:
- Your findings
- Your lifestyle and daily demands
- Your personal health goals
Care is never generic and never locked in without understanding.
If Chiropractic care is not appropriate, we will tell you and help guide you in the right direction.
Step 4: Progress Exams and Reassessment
Care does not continue on autopilot.
Progress Exams are built into the Health Blueprint™ Process to:
- Monitor change
- Reassess spinal and nervous system function
- Ensure care remains appropriate
- Adjust recommendations when needed
This protects you from unnecessary or ineffective care.
More details about our progress examinations can be found below.
Selectiveness Is Part of the Process
The Health Blueprint™ Process includes clear professional boundaries.
We do not accept every case and will refer out when:
- Chiropractic care is not appropriate
- Red flags are present
- Another healthcare provider is better suited
This selectiveness is intentional and central to patient safety.
Who the Health Blueprint™ Is Designed For
The Health Blueprint™ Process is suited to people who:
- Want clarity before committing to care
- Prefer evidence-based decision making
- Are looking for a professional, structured approach
- Value safety and transparency
It is not designed for quick fixes or one-off symptom chasing.
